Lolaar Spuitgiettechniek BV is a modern and ambitious company.
We have a large, fully automated hi-tech machine park under our roof, which we continue to renew and expand.
With a business area of 35,000m2 and around 90 injection moulding machines, we can call ourselves one of the largest injection moulding companies in the Netherlands.
Economical, clean and environmentally conscious!
We develop, produce and ship fully recyclable thermoplastic parts. Our products can be found in various sales markets. We are a well-known producer in both the Netherlands and far beyond our borders, serving customers from the Netherlands to the United Arab Emirates and from China to the United States.
Each year, we process about 20,000 tonnes of raw material into finished products. In addition to newly purchased raw material and regranulates, we also reuse our own residual production to manufacture new products.
In consultation, anything is possible!
Virtually all products are produced on customer demand (and forecast). In order to make good use of the capacities of each machine, machine planning is carried out on a daily basis as optimally as possible. This also takes into account the desired packaging method; how many products in a bag and/or in a certain box size? How many boxes per pallet, etc. In consultation, a lot is possible! With the automatic labelling machines, the desired labels are applied directly to the products.
Own transport
Besides our own warehouse, we also have a controlled stock location at our regular carrier. From there, many pallets are loaded to ensure delivery reliability. Since we are a far-sea supplier, we are familiar with transport in sea containers. But transport by trailer is also possible. On our own premises, trucks can be loaded directly from the warehouse.
Moulds storage
Finally, also for our customers, we offer careful storage of all moulds in a conditioned, segregated and secure area. The size of these moulds in storage varies between 140 kg and 20 tonnes.
